"The purpose of the law is to prevent injustice from reigning" ~Frederic Bastiat

The men that found this nation were brilliant people they understood the concept of freedom. This is the definition of freedom from Dictionary.com Dictionary.com Unabridged (v 1.1) - Cite This Source - Share This

Laws are being discussed everyday that ultimately limits us as a society. The reason why I believe it is in our nature to allow our government to pass these laws is because we put these people in power to help America grow. We gave these individuals the right to guide the nation to a more perfect society. These laws are in essence used the same way as sand bags are to guide water to a certain destination. The destination is perfection. I do not believe that there is such thing as perfection, as a society we are constantly striving for better ways of doing things and more practical and useful tools, however everything can be improved. I also think that we are more intelligent and capable than water. So why are we being just as passive as water. We just go with the flow but what happens when the sand bags are getting to close together and eventually cut off the ability to just flow with it? Well there is a build up and eventually it overcomes the obstacles. The Revolution is now.

Governments and laws that go beyond the bounds of protecting or rights and liberties are in fact unjust. Laws that limit, instead of extend, our rights are used to reform, change and sculpt society into a perfect utopia. The reason why these laws are necessary to create a perfect society is because the human race is imperfect and is unable to distinguish right from wrong, good from evil. We are treated as though the government knows what is better for you than you do. With that in mind I ask who thinks up and creates these laws to lead us? Most certainly people, humans, the same imperfect race that it is incapable for judging and thinking for themselves. So you might find it to be sensible that laws are not perfect because they derive from an imperfect society and race. The human race is not omnipotent nor infallible. How can a government support, let alone promote anything more than what was created perfectly? Which are our rights and our liberties.

I want to abolish any law that is in violation of our rights an liberties. The government should not be an all powerful parent figure it should be hardly noticed. Let the people themselves form a more perfect society we are capable of doing so.
